We have been awarded the inaugural HR Network Scotland National Award 2018 for Health and Wellbeing.
The awards looked at the strategic to operational commitment and delivery within HES in respect of employee health and wellbeing.
Nikki Ritchie, Head of OD, HR and L&D at HES, said:

This recognition highlights our commitment to invest in our staff and is also a reflection of the hard work of our Health and Wellbeing team to create platforms, programmes and initiatives which support a collaborative and healthy working environment.”
The HR Network Scotland Awards are the largest and most prestigious HR awards in Scotland, and the Heath and Wellbeing award was the most subscribed category so HES did exceptionally well to make the top three, let alone win the award.
Over the past twelve months, the organisation has invested considerable time and focus on Well-being for staff including themed months focussing on different health and well-being agendas including awareness campaigns, events and initiatives.
HES staff were there to collect the award on the 8 November.
