- In the event of severe weather, we may need to close some of our sites. The sites will close if the weather presents a hazard and a risk to visitors. We recommend that you check our website or our Twitter account (#HSclosure) on the day you are going to visit, as a closure notice will be posted here first
- In the event of closures at any of our sites due to COVID-19, we will be in touch with all ticket holders to offer an alternative date to use the ticket(s)
- Free entry is only available on production of a valid print-out of your site-specific ticket(s) with barcode(s)
- If your chosen property does close during 28 or 29 November, your Ticket Giveaway ticket will not be valid for any other date unless the site closure is due to COVID-19. In this instance we will be in touch with all ticket holders
- Tickets are only valid for the time, date and site on the ticket
- If you miss your chosen timeslot your entry cannot be guaranteed. Each time slot has a limited capacity and once these are full, we will not be able to accommodate additional visitors
- Tickets are limited to one site per order, however there is no limit on the number of orders that can be placed
- If you are visiting more than one site you must place a separate order for each site
- A maximum of 2 adults and 3 children are allowed per site
- Tickets must be booked online in advance before 4.30pm on Thursday 26 November 2020 for the date of visit, either Saturday 28 November or Sunday 29 November 2020
- Tickets cannot be exchanged for any other visit date, out with the “Ticket Giveaway” weekend, product or service. There is no cash alternative
- Children aged 15 years and under must be accompanied by an adult, aged 16 years or over
- The person booking tickets must be aged 16 years or over
- The offer is only available until the allocation of tickets has been used
- Ticket Giveaway registration for tickets will close at 4.30pm on Thursday 26 November 2020
- Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer
- This offer is subject to change
- Tickets cannot be copied, transferred or resold
- Photocopies will not be accepted
- Tickets must be printed in advance of the visit, entrance will be denied if valid tickets cannot be provided
- Tickets presented on smart devices will not be accepted as these cannot be scanned for entry
